    Work with ENB Consulting

Two different letters arrive here. One is from someone who wants to join the team. The other is from a firm, a school or an adviser who wants to work alongside us. Both are read, and both are answered.

    Joining the team

We do not keep a running list of vacancies. Openings appear when the work grows, and they are usually filled from the applications already on file, so an open application is not a formality here. Write when you are interested, not when a posting appears.

    What the work is

ENB Consulting prepares residence permit, company and tax cases for people moving to Finland, and publishes the guides behind them in five languages. The work is casework: reading a person's situation against what an authority actually requires, and writing it down so a decision can be made on it.

    What tends to matter

    • Careful reading and careful writing, in at least one of Finnish, English, Turkish, Russian or Ukrainian, and ideally two.
    • Comfort with rules that change: thresholds, deadlines and forms move every year, and the answer is to check the source rather than to remember.
    • Experience of immigration, legal, accounting or higher-education work is useful; a demonstrated ability to learn a rulebook quickly counts for as much.
    • Discretion, because every file contains someone's private circumstances.

    What to send

    • A short letter saying which part of the work interests you and why.
    • Your CV, and your LinkedIn address if you keep one.
    • The languages you work in, and your level in each.
    • Where you are, and whether you can work in Finland.
    Send it to: rekry@enb.fi

    Working alongside us

Some of the best cases arrive through someone else. If your clients or students regularly run into Finnish immigration, company or tax questions, there is usually a sensible way to work together.

    • Law firms and advisers who meet Finnish cases outside their own practice area.
    • Universities, schools and student organisations whose applicants need the permit side explained.
    • Relocation, housing and recruitment companies bringing people to Finland.
    • Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients are opening a Finnish company.
    • Employers hiring from outside the EU who need the permit route mapped before they make an offer.

Tell us in the first message what you do, who your clients are and what you would want from the arrangement. That is usually enough to say whether it fits.

    What happens next

Every message is read by a person, and you get an answer either way. If there is nothing suitable now, the application stays on file rather than being deleted, and we come back to it when something opens.

We use what you send only to assess your application or your proposal. Nothing is passed to a third party.
