What do we assess in this service?
ENB's role is coordination and preparation
ENB can organise facts, documents, deadlines and authority correspondence so that the matter is easier to assess and hand over. Where legal advice reserved to a qualified legal professional, court representation or formal legal representation is required, the role must be handled by an appropriately qualified lawyer or other authorised representative.
Typical coordination tasks
- Decision and correspondence summary
- Chronology of events
- Evidence index
- Deadline tracking
- Identification of missing documents
- Preparation of questions for lawyer review
- Coordination between client, accountant, employer, partner lawyer and authority documents
Appeals and court matters
An administrative appeal is a legal procedure. The applicable appeal instructions, competent court, deadline and enforcement rules must be taken from the individual decision and current law. ENB does not describe itself as a court representative or lawyer unless a specific person's professional title and authority have been separately verified.
Business disputes and contracts
For company transactions, contractual disputes or court proceedings, ENB can prepare the document pack and commercial background. Contract drafting, legal opinions, litigation strategy and representation should be separated and assigned to the qualified professional responsible for them.
What this service is not
- No invented lawyer title or representation authority
- No guarantee of court, Migri or other authority outcome
- No replacement for qualified legal counsel where the matter requires it
- No use of generic website information instead of the individual decision or contract
