A document review does not include preparing or submitting an application unless expressly agreed. Authority, translation and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly included.

Consulting does not guarantee a residence permit, registration or other authority decision. The customer provides accurate information; ENB remains responsible for performing the agreed service with appropriate care.

The total payable price, applicable VAT treatment, service scope and delivery timing are shown before purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. ENB does not add a standard card surcharge.

The service’s stated delivery time runs from the agreed start and receipt of any required documents. Without an express early-start request, a consumer service starts after the 14-day withdrawal period. A booked consultation takes place at the confirmed appointment time; an appointment within that period requires an express early-start request.

Immediate digital delivery requires the separate consent described below. An order confirmation includes the applicable terms and any early-start or early-delivery consent in a form the customer can retain.

For an online service, consumers generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. Notify ENB through the online withdrawal form or at info@enb.fi, identifying the purchase. No reason is required.

If you expressly request performance within that period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount for work already performed may be payable where the legal conditions are met. The withdrawal right ends after full performance only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence.

For downloadable digital content, early supply requires separate explicit consent, acknowledgement that withdrawal rights are lost when supply begins, and confirmation in a durable form. These rules do not remove rights relating to defective services or content.

Where a refund is due following withdrawal, ENB returns it without undue delay and within the legal 14-day deadline, normally using the original payment method, without a refund charge. Payment-processing costs are not deducted from a statutory refund.

Report a service or delivery problem to info@enb.fi with your order reference. ENB assesses the problem and the remedy required by law. Consumers may also seek help from Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and bring eligible disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
