Categories of data
We may process your name, contact details, organisation details and application or service information that you voluntarily provide.
Depending on the request, this may include citizenship, residence status, application type, deadlines, messages and other information necessary for the advisory case.
Do not submit passwords, full banking credentials or sensitive documents that are not required for an initial assessment through open web forms.
Purposes and legal bases
Data may be used to respond to enquiries, perform a pre-assessment, prepare an offer or advisory relationship, perform a contract, manage a client case, comply with legal obligations and protect services against misuse.
Depending on the circumstances, the GDPR legal basis may be a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests, a legal obligation or consent. Marketing or non-essential technologies that require consent are not enabled without the required consent.
Technical service providers
Cloudflare infrastructure is used for website delivery and security. Public forms use Supabase for server-side functions and related data infrastructure.
ENB may also use contracted email, cloud and other technical service providers necessary to operate the business. Provider access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Technical providers may process data in multiple regions or use subprocessors. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are used where required, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and while legal, accounting, contractual or rights-protection obligations require it.
The period can differ for a simple enquiry, an active client case, contractual records or records subject to statutory retention. When there is no lawful reason to retain the data, it is deleted or appropriately anonymised.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests: info@enb.fi.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
Forms, cookies and analytics
Form data is used to handle the relevant request and make it available to the ENB team. A free pre-assessment is an informational assessment stage; it is not an authority decision and does not guarantee an outcome.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used and which pages lead to enquiries. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and no advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. To measure page speed and total visits we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors. Technical processing necessary for security and core website functions may be carried out separately.
Security and updates
ENB applies appropriate organisational and technical measures intended to restrict access and protect data against unauthorised use. No system can guarantee absolute security, so unnecessary sensitive data should not be sent through open channels.
This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
