Biography
Erkan Bayar is the founder and manager of ENB Consulting. He advises individuals, entrepreneurs and companies in Finland on company management, finance, taxation, immigration and administrative processes, with a particular focus on company formation and management, financial planning, residence permit processes and the coordination of official procedures.
He studied business administration in Türkiye and then spent many years in Finland building experience in commercial activity, company management and consulting. Along the way he specialised in the Finnish tax system, company legislation, immigration procedures and dealings with public authorities.
At ENB Consulting he works on immigration and residence permit applications, advisory work for companies, financial and administrative processes, and the coordination of legal processes. Because he looks at these areas together, individual and corporate clients can run their Finnish processes in a more planned and accurate way.
He works in Turkish, Finnish and English.
