Biography
Joonas Tutti is a partner at Lakiasiaintoimisto Jurica Oy in Helsinki. He holds a Master of Laws (OTM) and is a licensed trial counsel (luvan saanut oikeudenkäyntiavustaja) who represents clients in general courts, special courts and administrative courts in Finland. He works with ENB Consulting as an external legal partner.
His specialist areas include transport and maritime law, such as delayed or damaged cargo in road and sea transport; disputes over commercial agency, reseller, consulting and construction contracts, vehicle, boat and home sales and housing companies; employment disputes; and general contract and tort law.
He drafts and interprets construction contracts and supports clients through the full life cycle of a building project. In criminal matters he has assisted both victims and defendants in economic crime, occupational safety offences, drug offences and sexual and violent crime. In family law his work centres on division of property, child contact and maintenance, and in inheritance law on wills and estate inventories.
At Jurica he practises as trial counsel and, as an entrepreneur, also handles the firm’s administration and board work.
